Office Assistant
Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty within the Cairngorms National Park, we are a well-established solicitors and estate agency business.
We are looking for a full time Office Assistant to join our busy team.
You must be highly organised, possess excellent time management and customer service skills,
and be able to work in a professional environment.
Duties include (but not restricted to):
- Taking phone calls and dealing with the public
- Based front of house with public contact
- Helping prepare sales particulars and marketing materials
- Arranging viewings
- Dealing with solicitors and other professional bodies
- Keeping sellers updated with their property’s activity
Essential Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills, and excellent written English
- Ability to multitask
- Organised
- Confident
- Adaptable and diligent
- MS package literate
Salary:
- £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
